Heading home at around 5.30pm, just entered the roundabout where the A64 meets the Ring Road in Crossgates, a journey i have been making for two weeks (just moved to leeds from bristol). i have been worried about the pontential for cars, etc, to cut across me as they speed towards Seacroft, and tonight it happened. I was certainly 6 inches away from a lengthy visit to hospital, largely due to my senses working overtime (hearing, corner of my eye, instinct) which allowed me to brake sharply. The driver didn't even realise the incident occured.

Sounds like a hairy junction - glad you weren't hurt. Is there an alternative route you can take to avoid it? Roundabouts are without doubt one of the most dangerous places for cyclists.
